Kevin Mark returns to his roots with a new band and sound that can be described as swingin' West-Coast-meets-Chicago blues.
Made up of the best "old school" blues musicians in Quebec, "The Kevin Mark 4" is currently planning a new recording that will be a follow-up to the two highly-acclaimed previous albums ("Rolling The Dice" and "Cuttin' Loose").
He's brought home the ROSEQ/RIDEAU prize for best showcase in 2006 as well as the Quebec Lys Blues "Live Act Of The Year" award four times in seven years. In fact, Kevin and the band have received over 20 awards and nominations dating back to 1998, including the Maple Blues Award for New Artist of the Year in 2001.
